Welcome to the „Rise and Shine Summer Yoga Retreat”

Embark on a transformative experience designed to help you raise your vibrations and let your true self shine.

Masculine and feminine energies converge as Nomad Yoga and Ninja Yoga unite to present a unique retreat experience. Join us from July 26th to 29th for an unforgettable weekend centered around the element of fire and the high energy of summer season. Embrace the fire within you and get ready to shine from the inside out!

The retreat will take place 2.5 hours south of Krakow, in the direction of Nowy Sacz, near the border of Slovakia. Our house, Beskid Masala, is a charming fusion of Polish and Indian aesthetics, surrounded by beautiful nature in the Ropka Valley of the Low Beskid Mountains. Transportation from Krakow to Beskid Masala will be arranged.

6:30am – Meditation

7:30am – Vinyasa Yoga
9:00am – Breakfast
Free time – Hiking, Partner/Group Activities, Massage, Reiki, Self-Time
12:00pm – Another Yogic Movement Practice based on group preferences
1:00pm – Yoga Nidra
2:00pm – Lunch
Free time – Hiking, Partner/Group Activities, Massage, Reiki, Self-Time
6:00pm – Dinner
7:00pm – Dharma Talk, Games, Cacao Ceremony

Price for this 4-day Retreat for everything all-inclusive is 1700 PLN. If you sign up before June 15th, we are offering an early bird price of 1400 PLN.
